Some Questions We Always Hear

How do I book a car?

Text or message us your dates, pickup time, and the car you want. We’ll send a written quote with everything spelled out and a quick checkout link.

What do I need to bring?

A valid driver’s license and a payment card in the renter’s name. We’ll confirm any other details in your quote.

What’s included in my quote?

Vehicle, base rate, required security hold, taxes, and any add-ons you select. No hidden fees—everything is listed before you pay.

How does the security deposit work?

A refundable hold is placed before pickup. After an on-time, clean return and quick check, we release the hold. Your bank controls how fast it appears back in your account.

Can I add a second driver?

Yes, if the second driver meets the same license and verification requirements. Add their info during booking so we can approve it in writing.

Do you offer chauffeur service?

On select vehicles (including some Rolls-Royce models). Share your itinerary, and we’ll quote hourly or point-to-point service.

Is airport pickup the only option?

Airport pickup at CHS is our most popular choice, but we also do convenient downtown meetups. We’ll help you choose the simplest handoff for your plans.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Text us. We track arrivals and adjust your pickup within reason so you’re not rushed.

Can I book for a wedding or photo shoot in the Historic District?

Yes. We’ll help with timing, staging, and quick “hero” shots at venues, Rainbow Row, or Waterfront Park. Many couples use our Rolls-Royce rental in Charleston for send-offs.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Timing matters. Your quote includes the exact cancellation window and any fees. If plans change, contact us as early as possible so we can help.

Do you allow one-way returns?

Usually, within the Charleston area, by prior approval. Tell us your plan, and we’ll confirm availability and any location fee in writing.

Are pets or smoking allowed?

No smoking or vaping. Small pets may be allowed only with written approval and a cleaning hold.

What if I get a ticket or toll?

Tickets, tolls, and garage fees are the renter’s responsibility. If one posts after your trip, we’ll share the receipt and process it to your payment method.

Can I take the car outside Charleston?

Regional travel is often fine with advance notice. Tell us where you’re headed so we can approve it and note any restrictions in writing.

Do you rent to drivers under 25?

Most vehicles require 25+. A few options may be available on request with additional verification.

How do I reach you during my rental?

You’ll have a direct number for your concierge for updates, directions, or changes.
